SWKIA February Crossfit Challenge

JOIN US FOR OUR SOUTHWEST KIDS IN ACTION FEBRUARY CROSSFIT CHALLENGE !!

WHAT: Students will be participating in a modified crossfit workout, lead by professional and certified trainers. This will build strength, endurance, and help students step out of their comfort zone by pushing them to give it all they have!

WHEN: Saturday, February 23, 2018, 11AM-3PM

WHERE: We will meet at Vision Rehabilitation Center of the Ozarks at 1661 W. Elfindale St. Springfield, MO 65807. (The event will take place at Provision Crossfit, 425 W Farm Rd 182, Springfield, MO 65810).
