Jennifer Boeyink, Human Resources Director

The Lighthouse for the Blind (LHB), a not-for-profit manufacturing and packaging organization with a dedicated social service mission, today announced Jennifer Boeyink of St. Louis as its new director of human resources. With 25 years of progressive business, human resources, and leadership experience, Boeyink will be managing all human resource activities, overseeing performance improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.

Boeyink joined LHB from BJC Healthcare at St. Mary’s Hospital where she worked as the director of human resources, directing the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s HR department. Prior to this role, she worked at BJC Healthcare as senior project manager of operational excellence where she was responsible for providing project management and process improvement guidance to leadership and project teams. In addition, she served as senior human resource business partner, providing strategic human resources and business guidance to healthcare leadership.

Boeyink received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and a master of business administration with an emphasis in healthcare management from the University of Sioux Falls.
